IMELDA MAY ENJOYING THE ALBUM!!

Making my album was a really personal project. To finally get the time and opportunity to put just a handful of my ideas onto a CD was one of a few positives to come out of the last year. To be honest I was petrified to see how it would be received, I did after all take a slightly different stylistic approach to the songs than the work with Fisherman's Friends.

Overall, I been blown away by the lovely comments that I’ve got from people who’ve bought or streamed the album or caught a song or two on the radio.

Yesterday was the icing on the cake with the amazing Imelda May sharing the album to her IG story. After meeting and getting to know her a little during the filming of ‘Fisherman’s Friends 2’ (due out next year), she kindly took a copy to listen to. To get lovely feedback like that has left me beaming, she is such an amazing artist, a soulful poet and now a super-talented actress so her seal of approval means the world.
